WHO WE ARE:

Safe Eyes KY is a coalition of board-certified ophthalmologists, physicians, and patient advocates committed to preserving the highest standards in eye care. We work to educate the public and policymakers, advocate for responsible healthcare policy, and defend patient protections when vision and health are at stake.

WHY THIS MATTERS:

• Eye care is medical care, and many procedures carry real clinical risk
• Vision  loss is often permanent when care is unsafe or improperly delivered
• Patients  deserve to know who is providing their care and what qualifications matter
• Strong  standards and appropriate oversight protect patients and preserve public  trust
• Lowering   medical standards puts patient outcomes at risk
